Free Kindle eBooks:
As per the usual, here is this week’s installment of free
eBooks. I’ve been really good about remembering to put up these posts. I’m
proud of myself! Well anyway, all information such as titles, product
descriptions and links are gathered directly from amazon.com I have nothing to
do with any of those including the price tag. What is free right now may not be
free in 10 mins. Amazon updates hourly, so get them while you can. Also, check
out my past postings, there were some repeats this week so you can do some
scavenging for other free eBooks. I try not to repeat two weeks in a row.
I am trying out the ratings next to the number of pages. Let
me know if it is helpful in a comment. If no one comments I am not going to
include the ratings as it just takes more time and if it’s not helpful there is
no point to including.
Twixt - Diane J.
Reed

Corvine O’Dannan, a mysterious Irish woman with “fairy powers” who came to town
during the gold rush to find her fortune, only to be betrayed by her lover and meet
a tragic end— Fast forward to the twenty-first century, and her descendent Rose
doesn’t have time for such nonsense! After a crash-and-burn marriage, she’s
returned to her hometown to renovate her father’s gold-panning business and to
start over. But everything changes on her 30th birthday when her friend talks
her into doing a love spell. Unbeknownst to them, they conjure the spirit of
the very same man who once tormented Rose’s ancestor. Why? Because Rose was
Corvine O’Dannan in a past life—and her really bad habit of attracting Mr.
Wrong still haunts her, and now jeopardizes her very life… What Rose doesn’t
realize is that along with this dark curse comes an extraordinary blessing—in
the form of a soul guardian named Chance Murphy who’s been protecting her for
centuries. But this time around, the evil spirit that plagues Rose has stolen
Chance’s body. So the only way that Chance can reach her is late at night in
her dreams, when he appears as a magical raven who escorts her to an enchanted
island off the coast of Ireland. There, Chance becomes a man again, and he
shows Rose how to heal her past through the fairies’ special brand of magic.
But will Rose finally be able to forge a new future and make the man of her
dreams become real? Only if she can once again believe…

paranormal romance series set at a small college in present day Connecticut.

since she was three years old. That's when her mom started acting weird,
insisting sunlight hurt her skin because she'd been bitten by a one-fanged

Leesa believes. Any more than she believes in blue fire, people who live for
centuries, and kisses that can kill. But when her beloved older brother
suddenly disappears, she is forced to consider all these and more. She also has
to figure out what to do about her mysterious new boyfriend. She knows Rave
likes her a lot--so why won't he kiss her?
As Leesa draws closer to finding her brother, she faces some
gut-wrenching decisions. Should she risk her mom's life trying to
"cure" her? Should she continue seeing Rave, after he reveals his
dangerous secret? And most terrifying of all, should she make the ultimate
sacrifice-give up her humanity-to save her brother?
